Fall Cards from Lawn Fawn!

Happy Monday everyone!

I love love love the latest Lawn Fawn reveal and I wanted to share some of my favorite projects with you all this week!  This sweet little card uses the reveal wheel to make a dancing scarecrow!  I am also thinking about how cute this could be for a Wizard of Oz fan for a birthday card... just add a little yellow brick road!

Lawn Fawn's Design Team member Chari Moss created this card and tutorial and I think it is super cute!  Plus, I love being able to reuse the fancy dies you already have!

Check out this video tutorial that walks you through the entire process!  Plus, you can see more on Lawn Fawn's blog right here!

We have lots of Lawn Fawn in the store now - swing by to shop the latest release!

Sparkley Things!

Happy Friday everyone!

I love these goodies that roll into the store and I wanted to share them with you!  They are perfect for layouts, shaker cards, and more.  And, at $3.19 a piece, they are great to collect and have in your stash!  These are some of our most favorite sequin sets - Sparkletz!

We have them in sets for all different shapes, colors, and holidays!  I really love the fall ones too!

Seriously, how cute are these little packages of fun!?!  These would be great for stocking up before holiday card and gift tag season kicks off!  Sometimes, I love to get a few sets and split them with a friend who wants to have a few sequins too!  You can see all of these sequins that are available in the store at this link right here!

Page Maps!

Howdy friends!

I wanted to share one of our favorite regular features on the Facebook page!  Every weekend, we share a page map or layout sketch and these are my favorite sources of inspiration when I am in a scrapbook rut!

I love having these for the last few weeks.  You can always scroll backwards through our Facebook photos to find more!

I love that the die cuts on these are so easy to manipulate to make them perfect for other types of seasons and events - not just fall or apple picking!  Just drop in some flowers from Paige Evans or some rocket ships and you have a great layout for spring and summer adventures!

Where do you like to grab your inspiration and page sketches?

FREE Project Guide!

Howdy friends!

I was so excited to share this goodie when it rolled into my inbox!  This is a free project layout kit that is just for Simple Stories Halloween line, Happy Haunting (which is in the store now - you are welcome!)

I am super loving this line from Simple Stories - it is really versatile and has great colors for any theme trick or treaters!  This layout is a great craft and plug any picture you get at Halloween set up!  It would be really easy to do before the big day and just add a picture and journaling afterward!

I really like that is doesn't have anything spooky or scary going on - which is great for my tiny trick or treaters!

Are you ready to get all the directions to create this layout?  All you have to do is follow this link right here for printable instructions ready to go!  I also love that these directions can be printed and packed for a crop or retreat AND they move at my own pace.  Sometimes, I feel like youtube videos speed through and I spend all my time backing up and re-watching!

Halloween Coloring Pages

Happy Friday!

One of my favorite new things to do is get a little coloring in!  Especially, now that my five year old is into coloring (kind of), it is a nice thing for us to do together!

I have rounded up a few of my favorite coloring sheets for fall/October for you to print and use!

There are tons of different coloring options for all skill, interest, and attention levels!  I like to use colored pencils, but pens and other markers are great for blending too!  We want to know, are you into coloring?  Where do you find your inspiration?  Let us know on our Facebook page or in the comments here!

Bows Uncracked

Alrighty friends!

While scrolling today, I found the tutorial that I have been waiting for my whole life... how to make a super cute bow without a ton of work!  As a lefty, mine always twist in a funny direction and look crooked.  I am also loving that I can use my ribbon scraps (or swing by the store to grab some) and even tie it with some twine!

Seriously, how cute is this bow!?!

You can grab the full tutorial right here!  Where are you going to add these bows?  I am thinking about how cute this would be on a wood craft project  or on a banner!  Maybe even a tiny version on a card?!?

Halloween Banners!

Hey everyone!

As previously admitted, I am a self-proclaimed Halloween paper hoarder!  I have A TON of Halloween lines in my stash and I definitely need to use them!  Especially, because every year, I find myself acquiring more.  So, this year, my goal is to make something reusable, so I can continue to enjoy these fabulous Halloween lines and I think a banner is just what my mantle is hankering for!

I went perusing on Pinterest and found lots of printable banners, which are super cute, but don't solve my problem of needing to use my existing stash!  But, I did find some inspiration too - and maybe even enough to plan a Halloween party too!

How cute are these ghosts?  And I could totally fussy cut some out from the multiple sheets of ghost paper I have floating around!

Short, sweet, and simple!

Loving the vintage-y feel of this one!  I have plaid pumpkins on my mantle, so this would be a great fit!

Okay... off task, but does inspire some party ideas!

I love this one!  I like having some figures to string too - and my five year old can totally help with this too!

Okay... so this is definitely more a cardstock stash than regular stash.  But, super cute, simple, and I saw these mini-clothespins at the Dollar Tree this week!

Again, back to fussy cut ghosts!  So darn cute!

This is probably exactly what I need to use all my stash!  It would be easy to mix and match lines and prints without looking crazy!

Love this vintage feel!  The ribbons and the little bells and beads at the bottom are super cute!

Do you have a favorite?  Anyone else using simple home decor projects to make the most of our craft stash?  I would love to see what you create!
