I have some really amazing news and opportunity - especially for our local scrappers!  We are not far away from the fall and the arrival of the Tennessee Valley Fair - can you believe it?  If you didn't know, Scrappin' in the City is a proud supporter and sponsor of the Fair and Sara is the judge and donates the prize for the Scrapbooking portion of the arts and crafts display.  

The winner of the categories walk away with a $50 gift card (woohoo!) and have the chance to have their work seen by thousands of fair visitors!  There are categories to enter including theme, number of pages, cards, and this year's new category - journaling!  You can register at this link right here!

This is such a fun and unique opportunity for scrapbookers and the fair creates visibility for non-scrappers to see the amazing art we create, along with encouraging others to participate!  We would love to see lots of participants - and maybe some friendly faces in those photographs this year with a record number of participants.  It is really easy to register and be a part of the fair - just use this link to get yourself registered and make plans to drop off your work on September 2-3rd!
