Swatch It!

 Happy Wednesday!

We are enjoying a little Fall Break fun this week and it has been so busy in my house!

Jenn Gatewood has been sharing some of her AMAZING projects on the Facebook page!  This past week, she shared her swatch cards and I love them!  I have tons of swatch cards and I love them so much!  If you haven't swatched before, there are tons of reasons to create swatch cards...

  1. The color on the label isn't always the same as the ink on the inside
  2. The color looks different on different types, shades, and colors of paper
  3. It is way easier to match swatch cards to papers and embellishments
  4. Visual reminder of what you have in your stash
  5. Easy to toss in your purse when you go shopping so you don't buy duplicates... or you get exactly what you need!
Jenn shared her swatches on tags that she stores on a binder ring!  I want to share some other ways that you can do the same thing!  The first set of tags is from Jenn!

I love this set of inks that are done in little squares!  They are labeled and with the name and maker of the ink.  Then, they are cut and stored in 2x2" page protectors.  I also love that you can make them in several colors - like kraft or beige - in the same pocket or right behind it!

This page is an easy printable that you can get at most creatives websites!  Again, easy to tuck in a journal or on a clipboard in a craft space!

Do you all swatch?  It is a really easy, soothing project - great for creating while binge watching or listening!

Now, go get crafty!
