World Fussycutting Day!
Happy Wednesday!
This weekend, we are celebrating World Fussycutting Day! It is a new scrapper holiday started to celebrate a wonderful store owner and avid fussycutter Sharon Klima. Sharon passed away in January from a heart attack and the day is planned to highlight the love of scrapping, card making, and women's heart health awareness!
If you want to learn more about the day, check out their Facebook group right here!
I love fussycutting and it is a great, therapeutic, calming activity for me! if you aren't familiar with fussycutting, it is all about hand-cut details, patterns, and images. I love to fussy cut flowers or icons from a patterned paper to regroup to make my own ephemera. Below are some fun layouts that are fussycut. Paige Evans is a huge fussy cutter and so many of these layouts are hers! These images came from Pinterest!
We will also have some special deals going this weekend in honor of World Fussycutting Day! Be sure to check back on the blog Friday for all the details. So, grab some of your favorite inspiration images, grab a page to cut and your favorite tiny scissors and get fussycutting!
Now, go get crafty!
