Can you believe that we a week and a half away from the No-Frills National Scrapbook Day crop!?! It has really snuck up on me and I am so excited to have a few days to get away and crop. Below, I am attaching my tried and true packing list. It is a great framework to start your packing for the trip. We will, of course, have a mini-store and you can stop at the store, but it's nice to have the basics with you!
Retreat Packing List - Scrapbook Things
o Paper trimmer (extra blades too!)
o Scissors
o Adhesive tape AND liquid glue
o Journaling pens
o Project kits
o Thickers!
o Embellishments
o Paper lines (stored in class bags!)
o Stamps
o Dies and inks
o PICTURES!
o Cricut or Silhouette
o Cutting mat
o Ottlite or small table lamp
o Power strip
o Selphy printer
o Trash container
o Album and page protectors – a place for those finished layouts
o Small Desk Shelf

o Blanket or jacket
o Extra cushion for your chair
o PJ’s
o Flipflops or slide-on shoes
o Slippers
o Tissues
o A wide variety of snacks
o Checkbook
o Lunchbox to keep drinks cold
o iPad/Laptop/Tablet AND headphones
o Clip on cupholder for your table
The ballroom is so big and we are so lucky to have power supply at every table! Be sure that you have a way to hook into the power strips to power all the goodies. Also, if you are ready to watch a tutorial or a little bit of a Netflix series, make sure that you have headphones! It gets so loud if everyone is watching without.
Also, pack for all the seasons! The ballroom, especially depending on where you are sitting, can be chilly or on the warmer side. I recommend layers or having a blanket in your bag.
Be sure you take a moment to swing by the store to make sure you stock up on the latest arrivals. There are so many wonderful things in the store and they are continuing to arrive all the time!
