It was sent out in our VIC group yesterday and I am so excited to get to share it with you! We are thrilled to have a guest instructor join us from July 27-29th. You guys, get ready to welcome the master of color Ken Oliver!
Ken is a mixed media master and makes so many products like the wonderful Color Burst inks. In addition to having Ken join us at the store, we are going to be the FIRST to have his brand new products that will be released at CHA! Whether you get to take a class or not, everyone can come shop all the brand new goodies :)
Okay, now back to the amazing classes! Over the course of the weekend, we will have FIVE classes for you to take and enjoy. As a mixed media guy, you probably know to wear something to get a little bit messy and be prepared to have a lot of ink everywhere!
First class is Layered Die Cuts....
How gorgeous are these!?! Seriously, I am loving the depth and dimension! Ken will teach you everything you need to know to make this a possibility with your art. This class is for any ability level. You can register for the class right here!
Next up on Friday afternoon... Emboss Like a Boss
The title itself gives me a little bit of heart eyes and these tags do to!

Eat a good breakfast and get ready to get working! On Saturday morning, we are kicking off a little Ink-Topic with a class to make 50 (!!!) tags with stencils, color burst ink, and more!
This is another anyone is welcome class and you will learn about inks, layering, stencils, and more! Plus, (and I have to say it again) make up to 50 tags in the class! That is enough to send on every gift I give for the next year and a bit!!!! I know this class is going to fill up so quickly, so grab your spot right here!
Saturday afternoon is all about Color Technique! Join Ken to make this stunning book!
This class is all about color theory and layering colors. Plus, you will work with stencils, stamps, and wet on wet painting. This is such great information that can be used in your mixed media, watercoloring, card making, and more! Don't miss this one - get your place right here!
The last class Ken is offering is on Sunday, July 29th and is also for any ability level... and you get to learn how to paint this amazing hibiscus! It makes me think of my childhood (we had these beautiful hibiscus in front of our house in Florida...) Anyways, Ken promises that anyone can create this!
Ken promises that anyone can create this, even if you can't draw or watercolor (sign me up!) and you will have a stunning hibiscus to take home with you.
