Okay Scrappers! I don't know if you know, but in addition to our amazing weekend City Retreats at the Marriott/Holiday Inn, the fabulous ladies of Scrappin' In the City host small cabin retreats in Pigeon Forge. If you have never been on a weekend retreat before, I want to tell you why they are amazing!
1) Smaller, cozy crops!
Instead of being in a huge, echo-y hotel ballroom, we are all in a cabin's living room! There is still plenty of space for all your pieces and parts, but you get to know your neighbors and it has a family reunion (without the crazy aunts and uncles) feeling. We provide a table and chair for you - and a perfectly designed t-shirt!

2) Meals
Okay, so sometimes making a plan, ordering takeout, and having cash and giving card numbers over the phone can be a real pain the caboose. I love that the cabin retreats have three meals a day provided and I don't have to think about it! You can always go out or do something on your own, but this is such a nice option. Note, bring your own dinner Thursday and a snack to share!
3) PJ's All Day
While this is really no different than the big crops, nothing is better than hanging all day in your choice of athleisure ;) Like Planet Fitness, we are also a judgment free zone!
4) Hot Tub!
Our cabin has two jacuzzis and a hot tub... plus a pool in the community for your brave polar bears!
5) Extra Hours for Fun!
Check in on Thursday night and stay until Sunday at 5!
6) Discounts!
Just like a regular crop, we give a discount for store shopping the week before the crop to get all your goodies before you go, plus we have a mini-store at the cabin!
We have spaces open for our cabin retreat in March and April! Grab your bestie and make a plan... or come and meet a new best scrapbooking friend! Don't forget to consult our handy retreat packing list before you go!
On a personal, sappy note, one of my favorite memories was a scrapbooking cabin trip I took with a new friend and it sealed us to be really close scrapping and life besties! It was so much fun and I loved getting to know everyone on the retreat. I give it five stars and highly recommend it to anyone!
Now, go get crafty and sign up for the retreat!
