Colored Pencils!
Have you guys seen all the amazing colored pencil art that is out right now? I am in such envy of the amazing lettering and shading going on! Seriously, check these amazing pieces out!
I am so excited to announce that next month's bible journaling class will be all about using colored pencils and making your coloring look fancy and smooth! We will be learning a variety of techniques to make your coloring pop!
We are so excited to be getting Chameleon colored pencils in the store too! They are a wax-based pencil that has a harder lead than a Primsacolor pencil. This means that the lead doesn't break as easily - hooray! Unfortanately, they don't blend well with Gamsol, which is commonly used to blend colored pencils. The pencils are also two-toned which is great for blending and shading your coloring.
For bible journaling this month, all you need to bring is your bible, colored pencils (Crayola, Prismacolor, Chameleon, or Faber Castell) and a clear blending pencil. If you want to register for class, call the store! A registration link will be available soon!
Can't wait to see you all there!
Now go get crafty!
