Can you believe that May is (almost here)?!? The school year is rapidly approaching an end and all the things are starting to happen... plus, it is appropriate to use this picture of Justin Timberlake from my childhood.
Okay, now onto the classes! We have lots of things scheduled, so make sure you grab your planner and get your me-time scheduled!
We are starting this month off right with this adorable Simple Vintage Travel album! Bring your basic toolkit and we will provide the rest. And, you get to walk out the door with an album that is ready to drop pictures right into! Bring on summer vacation! We have a class May 1st and again in June. You can register for both dates right here!
It's National Scrapbook Day and we are ready to celebrate! NSD is always the first weekend in May and we are so excited to be hosting a two-day crop here at the store. On Friday, we will be celebrating with cupcakes for all the croppers. Come spend 13 (!) hours cropping, chatting, and Netflix-ing. You can register for Friday's crop right here. (Side note: you must register for Friday AND Saturday if you plan to crop both days!)
Join me for a Hand Lettering class! We will be learning everything you need to know to start your lettering journey. I am super excited to help you get started with lettering. It doesn't matter if you hand writing is terrible... I promise you can letter too! Grab your seat right here!

We have more for our wooden slat series and this is the perfect piece of home decor for anywhere in your home! This month, we are creating the cutest little bird and birdhouse. There are classes at noon and 6pm, so grab the class that is right for your schedule. You can register for either of them here!
It is our first Spring Open House! We did this at Christmas and it was such a huge hit, we brought it back for spring. In 4 hours, you will make 6 crafts that are perfect for gifts or fresh decorations for the spring season. I will have more details later this week in the blog and you can find more at the registration link right here, including project samples. There are two sessions - 9am and 2pm! Plus, we will have treats too! Seats are limited and will go fast, so make sure you register early!
Gina is hosting another awesome month of Traveler's Notebooks! Join us to learn a new technique and get a little notebook creation time in. More information on this month's focus is coming soon, but you will not want to miss it. Go ahead and grab your seat now!
Did you miss Pinner's Conference? We are bringing our Rustic Spring Cards to the store and can't wait to create with you! In this class, we will create 12 cards that are super fabulous. This is a Saturday full of delightfulness! Margaret is hosting Inky Chicks. These ladies love to get messy and learn new techniques for mixed media projects. This group is open to newbies and experienced inkers. The technique of the month will be announced later, but you can go ahead and grab your seat here.
Then, in the afternoon, bring along your unfinished wood project (or grab a new one downstairs) and spend a little time creating during our open workshop time. If you let us know what you are working on in advance, we can make sure to have the right paints on hand too! You will need to register to save your seat (and these go fast)!
It's Bible Journaling time! Missy is hosting another incredible event and the theme for this month is "Let's TACO 'bout Jesus"! There will be journaling, learning, and creating a mini-album. This is a great class for new or experienced Bible Journalers - we would love to have you!
We have a date for our rescheduled Say Cheese class album! Come spend the afternoon and create a complete Disney album. Get those albums out! It is time for Scrap Club and this month, we are creating with Bella Blvd's new line Let's Go On An Adventure! Page layouts will be out soon, but you will not want to miss it! Missy also is hosting her monthly technique class. This month she is teaching all about stencil backgrounds using Thermowebs new Pixie Spray and acrylic paint. The fun continues with the official National Scrapbook Day! Join us for more cropping and lots of fun - plus an optional Salsarita's Nacho Bar. We will have prizes and giveaways all day and so much chocolate. If you can't join us in the store, there are lots of online "crop parties" and I will share some with you this Friday before the event. Register for the Saturday crop here and make sure you RSVP separately for the Salsarita's bar. The nacho bar will have to be paid for in advance.
