March Events!
Happy Thursday!
February is almost over and we are excited to welcome in a new month, full of activities, fun, and creating. I, for one, am hoping this also become a slightly warmer month... and sunnier month!
You can find all our regular events here on this page! Please remember, things are subject to change based on availability, attendance, and other things that we sometimes can't control!
Then... join Missy for a brand new Bible Journaling class! This month, she will be leading a full class all about journaling in the new ESV Scripture Journal, especially the Road to Romans. Missy says this class is unlike any the bible journaling group has done before and we look forward to seeing the magic that you all create! (Missy also says prepare for this class to take the full four hours!) You do need to register for this class - you can get your spot right here!
Another fabulous FREE event at the City! Join the Knoxville Plannerds for a little time to work on your planners, swap your stash, and chat with friends - new and old. PLUS, I head the swap stash at these events is legendary! You don't have to pay, but we do ask you to register to make sure we have seats for everyone! Grab your seat right here.
After Inky Chicks, you can stick around for woodcraft work time! This year, we are not having a specific project of the month. You bring your unfinished (or half finished) projects and spend a little time wrapping them up! There are also lots of wood projects available in the store too, if you are looking for something new!
On a slightly related note, we have these adorable new pieces of home decor from American Crafts (some assembly required) that would be adorable to work on during woodcraft time. Go ahead and reserve your seat here - and if you tell us what you are working on, we can be sure to have the paints you need!
Then, at 6pm, Missy is teaching her monthly Bible Journaling technique class! The technique and a picture are coming soon - Missy always brings amazing creativity and incredible faith to her classes! You can grab your spot right here.
Your favorite twice a year is back! That's right - it is Yard Sale weekend at Scrappin' In The City! You can go ahead and register for the event by swinging by the store now. We have changed how the event is working this year, so be sure to take a good glance at the information sheet. I will have more about the yard sale on the blog next week! It is always slammed full of amazing deals, steals, and your favorite scrapbook lines.
It is time to celebrate our VIC's! If you are one of our VIC's, you get to enjoy a 25% discount on regular store merchandise. This does NOT apply to Yard Sale items! This is a great time to grab those new lines you are dying to have AND refilling your supply of basics - like adhesive and cardstocks. Not sure if you are a VIC? You can call the store to check or next time you are in - check for a blue card.
I can't wait to see what you all create this month!
Now, go get crafty!
